Once order is placed your wreath will start to be made. Once wreath is made it cannot be canceled. If for any reason you receive the wrong Wreath or the Wreath arrives damaged, do not refuse it from carrier. Please accept the wreath from carrier and email us issue, include pictures when needed and send to carlos@dexterswreaths.com
We do not want to pay freight twice! We can discuss replacing or issuing a refund in an individual basis.
